The Brief
Squash Australia required coordinated volunteer apparel for the Squash Australian Open, delivered within fixed event timelines and aligned with event branding.
The objective was to:
• Ensure volunteers were clearly identifiable across courts and public precincts
• Maintain brand consistency throughout the event
• Provide comfortable, durable garments suitable for long shifts
• Manage sizing and logistics efficiently ahead of event setup
With a highly visible public setting and elite international competition, presentation and organisation were critical.
The Solution
We supplied coordinated volunteer t-shirts and lanyards designed for comfort, durability and brand alignment across the event precinct.
Garment selection focused on wearability in warm conditions while maintaining strong colour consistency and logo placement in line with event branding.
By managing production and decoration internally, we ensured consistent quality across all apparel items and a seamless handover ahead of event setup.
